G1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantee
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure. Remedies available to you include:
- A refund or replacement for a major failure
- Compensation for consequential loss
- Repair or replacement for minor failures if the goods are not of acceptable quality
G2. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of alcohol products and our obligations under our liquor licence, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind. Alcohol products that have left our possession cannot be returned unless they are faulty or you have a right to return under the Australian Consumer Law.
G3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant
We will assess your claim and, where valid, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may request that the product be returned, in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
G4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products not in their original condition
- Products returned without prior authorisation
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery
- Gift cards or vouchers (except where required by law)
G5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
