B1. Formation of Contract
These Online Sales Terms and Conditions ("Sales Terms") apply to all purchases made through the Tanoshi Michi Pty Ltd (trading as Tano Spirits) website (www.tanospirits.com). A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18 years of age.
B2. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on this Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate. Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colour, flavour profile, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display colours accurately. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Products are sold subject to availability.
B4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. All transactions are processed via secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card details.
B5. Age Verification and Legal Compliance
The sale of alcohol is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the person receiving delivery is also 18 years or older. We conduct age verification in accordance with our Age Verification Policy (Part D). We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
The sale and supply of alcohol through this Website is conducted pursuant to Licence No. 32812217 held under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic). It is an offence under Victorian law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18. We take our licensing obligations seriously and actively enforce them.
B6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in circumstances including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, inability to verify age, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
B7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Sales Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
