Shipping & Delivery

F1. Delivery Area

We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout Australia, including all states and territories. Certain remote or rural postcodes, and some areas with restricted alcohol delivery laws, may not be serviceable. We will notify you at checkout if delivery is unavailable to your address.

Please note: While we deliver Australia-wide, some states and territories impose restrictions on the receipt of alcohol from interstate suppliers, and certain restricted areas (including dry communities) prohibit alcohol delivery by law. It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving an alcohol delivery to your address is lawful. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to restricted areas.

F2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are:

  • Metropolitan Melbourne: 1–3 business days
  • Regional Victoria: 3–7 business days
  • Interstate metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Interstate regional areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

F3. Delivery Requirements

Due to our age verification obligations, the following conditions apply to all deliveries:

  • An adult aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery
  • The recipient may be required to present valid proof of age
  • Alcohol orders will not be left in a "safe place" or at an unmanned location without signature unless you explicitly request this and accept responsibility
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being home, a card will be left and a re-delivery or collection from a depot arranged

F4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount, as displayed on the Website at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to vary shipping charges at any time.

F5. Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery and acceptance of the goods. Title to goods passes to you upon full payment being received and confirmed. Whilst goods are in transit, we maintain appropriate insurance.

F6. Damaged or Lost Goods

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately using the details in Part J. We will work with you and our carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or re-dispatch.
